Not only will we ever stay at this hotel. I'm sorry IHC your employees are very bad at dealing with people and skills necessary to run a hotel in a major city. basically charged us for a room that no one ever stayed in and was rude and insensitive to our needs. That being said I quickly was able to book a Hilton down the street and walked in the pouring freezing rain. I went down to the desk and the women said I could get another room while we already had a vacant room.somewhere in the hotel. It was very embarrassing when I went to open the door and their was someone in the room and the metal secondary door lock was on. I being the third room checked in after 1am and was given a key to an occupied room from the front desk. Two of the party checked in and got rooms. We were spending a lot of money for a very substandard hotel. Our company checked in while attending the convention across the street with three rooms.
